Identify a Fact Lease suite record when a published reading misstates the public page it cites. The record id is the suite id. A correction does not mark a suite available and does not fill a rent the source omitted.

The record
Record 8957a034857bc6b2. Suite 300, 11815 - 11865 IH 10 West The published reading is dated 2026-09-23. Use type: Office. The suite page states a base rent. Cite that page for the amount and the unit. This page does not restate them.
What can be wrong
A correction is a claim that a published field does not match the public page named on the suite, as of the observation date. That can be the rent, the unit, the area, the address, the use type, or the date the page was read. The suite page remains the record until the ledger is republished.
A rent the public page did not state stays unknown. Sending a guess does not give that suite a rent. Asking to mark a suite available is not a correction. These pages do not confirm availability.
Where the median would move
The September 2026 snapshot is rebuilt from the published ledger. One corrected suite can change a median only after that rebuild, and only if the corrected fields still convert under the method. Methodology is the standing account of that count. How the median is counted uses the current snapshot.
