Corrections
Report a Fact Lease suite record that misstates the public listing it cites. Each record is identified by its suite id. A correction fixes what the listing said; it cannot mark a suite available or add a rent the listing left out.
The record
Record 7200fb0273e8829a. Suites A450 & B400, 200 Valleywood Dr., Suites A450 & B400 The published reading is dated 2026-10-03. Use type: Office. The suite page states a base rent. Cite that page for the amount and the unit. This page does not restate them.
Claim or correct the stated asking rent
Name the suite, the public listing's https address, and a way to reach you. Enter an asking rent only when that listing states one. Every submission is reviewed before anything changes; the published observation stays until an editor republishes the ledger.
For anything other than a correction, write to hello@factlease.com (see Contact). Submitting the form above does not change a published field by itself.
What can be wrong
A correction says a published field does not match the public listing named on the suite as of the observation date: the rent, the unit, the area, the address, the use type, or the date the listing was read. The suite page remains the record until the ledger is republished.
A rent the listing did not state stays blank, so an estimate cannot be submitted as a correction, and neither can a request to mark a suite available. Fact Lease records asking rents, not availability.
Where the median would move
Live medians are rebuilt from the published ledger. One corrected suite can change a live median only after that rebuild, and only if the corrected fields still convert under the method. The archived September 2026 snapshot keeps the figures first published that month; a correction does not change it. Methodology is the standing account of the count. How the median is counted walks through the archived September 2026 count.
Suite observations are listed on the San Antonio hubs: office, retail, industrial, flex.
