Fact Lease Weekly
The Houston letter
supply the call, not the commentary.
Every Tuesday at 6:45 a.m. CT, one email of Houston commercial public records. The same letter for every subscriber.
Who it is for
Greater Houston commercial real estate brokers. One issue for every reader. A lender, a title officer, or an owner can read the same list.
What each issue includes
- The One Thing. One record, why a broker might call, and the document.
- The Weekly Watch. Parties and records on a stated horizon.
- On the Calendar. Hearings and deadlines in the next 10 days.
- The Ledger. Recorded instruments, with the parties the document names.
- Follow-ups. What a later record says about an earlier item.
- Rates. Three lines at the end.
Recorded instruments, city permits, hearing agendas, notices, and servicer filings. No brokerage press releases, no paid placements, no national filler.
Method
A record item names the document type, the office, the date, the file identifier, and a link to that document. A row is labeled public record or broker-reported. An aggregate prints n, the as-of date, and a link to this method.
Recorded commercial sales, commercial notices of default, and lis pendens in Harris County, plus broker-reported leases. Method.
