Terms of use

These terms cover the pages on https://factlease.com.

Fact Lease is an independent data publisher, not a brokerage. We take no deal or referral fees and are not licensed to broker real estate.

No reliance

Do not rely on a Fact Lease figure as the rent you will pay, as a confirmation of a suite's status, or as a substitute for the public page it cites. A figure here is not a quote, an appraisal, or advice.

Asking rents as stated

Fact Lease prints an asking rent as the public page stated it, with the date of the reading. It does not fill in a rent the page left blank, and it does not convert a rent the page left without a period.

No warranty

The pages are a record of what those public pages stated on the day they were read. Fact Lease does not warrant that the record is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose.
